At BeeCamp, we’re feeling very encouraged about this year’s “Spring Honey.”
While the neroli aroma seems a little gentler this season, many different flowers appear to be strongly supporting the honeybees.
We’re already getting excited for the honey harvest planned for the middle of next month.
We’re also currently planning a special experience for the next “Honeybee Talk” (to be on 6/16 Tuesday night)— a chance to taste honey directly from the honeycomb frame itself.
