Around Golden Week, citrus trees across Ehime burst into full bloom, and the air becomes filled with the sweet scent of neroli. Our bees busily dart from flower to flower, gathering nectar with great energy. It’s the beginning of the peak spring honey season — and we truly can’t wait!
