On Tuesday, we harvested honey at “Mayudama,” and by Saturday, we had successfully completed the bottling at “Umineko-do” in Mitsu, Matsuyama City! A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who supported us.
Those who tasted it commented, “It’s quite different from spring” and “It’s completely different from last summer.” Everyone unanimously said, “It’s incredibly delicious!”
Along with a sense of accomplishment, we’re busy preparing for shipment. Our “Spring & Summer Honey Tasting Set” will be ready by around mid-September and will be released in limited quantities.
