🍯 BeeCamp Hachimitsu – Spring Honey Bottling Completed! 🍯

Last week, the BeeCamp team was up with the sun, visiting our hives in Nishitani and Oshiro to harvest the sweet blessings of spring.

With the help of friends and partners, we carefully uncapped the wax and extracted the honey using a centrifuge in the beautiful setting of ALOHA TERRACE, overlooking the Seto Inland Sea. We then bottled the honey one jar at a time in the lovely kitchen of Uminekodō in Mitsu.

What makes this honey special?
From hive to jar in just 60 hours, and with only 18% moisture—this is fully ripened spring honey, brimming with the natural aroma and delicate flavor of the season.

This year again, we will be offering a limited-edition tasting set featuring both Spring and Summer honey, scheduled for release in September.
