This week, just after sunrise, we visited the hives at BeeCamp Nishitani and Oshiro to collect honey packed with the rich flavors of summer.
This time, we were fortunate to use the beautiful space at Mayudama in Dogo for our extraction. We carefully uncapped the frames and spun them in the extractor. After tasting the fresh honey together with our wonderful BeeCampers who helped with the harvest, we knew—we’ve created another absolutely delicious honey. We're proud of this one!
Next, we’ll begin the bottling and packaging process. Our limited-edition tasting set of spring and summer honey is scheduled for release by mid-September.
