Honeybee Talk Vol. 4 on Tuesday, June 16, starting at 7:00 PM

Honeybee Talk Vol. 4
This Time’s Theme: H-O-N-E-Y!

We’re excited to announce the date for the next installment of our popular “Honeybee Talk” series.

The event will once again be held at Mayudama on Tuesday, June 16, starting at 7:00 PM.
(Presentation ends around 8:30 PM / gathering concludes around 9:00 PM)

Each session in this series has explored a different central theme.

In February, our very first session focused on the question: “What Are Honeybees?” and was enjoyed even by elementary school children.
In March, our second session explored “The Early Spring Buildup of the Colony,” sharing the fascinating dramas unfolding inside the hive.
In April, during our third session, we looked at “Swarming” from the bees’ perspective and explored their remarkably democratic decision-making process.

And now, for our next Honeybee Talk, we’re finally diving into the theme everyone has been waiting for:

“What Is Honey?”

We’ll explore how honey is made, why it is so precious, how it relates to our health, and the diverse varieties and challenges of honey found around the world.
It promises to be another rich and fascinating evening.

And of course, there will also be a honey tasting experience during the event.
(We’ve even added some entirely new flavor comparisons that we’ve never offered before!)
