This year’s “Summer Honey” harvest and bottling are now complete!
This time, we harvested and extracted the honey at Mitsu Terrace in Mitsu, Matsuyama, and then bottled it at Umineko-do. From Hive to Jar — Just 72 Hours! A big thank you to all the BeeCampers who lent a hand and made this possible!
We’re truly grateful to have had such wonderful places to work!
And the new “Summer Honey” has already received some wonderful feedback from those who helped us:
“It’s even better than last year!”
We’re planning to start selling it in mid-September as our “Spring & Summer Honey Tasting Set,” so you can enjoy and compare the flavors of the two seasons.
