Pure Honey, Naturally Crystallized

Natural honey crystallizes naturally over time (this does not affect its flavor or quality). Crystallization tends to occur more quickly during the colder winter months. It begins with fine crystals and gradually spreads throughout the honey.

If BeeCamp honey begins to crystallize, simply stir it gently with a clean spoon and enjoy it as it is. Crystallized natural, pure, unheated honey has a fine, smooth texture and is delicious spread directly on toast.

If you prefer it in liquid form, place the jar in warm water at around 40°C (for example, kept warm with a yogurt maker) for a while, and it will slowly return to its original state.
