The debut batch of Hime Mead is finally ready.
Today, March 10, we finished labeling every can — and it’s complete!
The result is wonderful.
Thanks to Nagumo-san at Gogo-shima Beer Farm, the aroma of Iyokan citrus is beautifully balanced.
The color is bright and elegant, with a gentle carbonation.
The taste is clean and refreshing, with a light, dry finish.
On March 15, Hime Mead will make its debut at Gogoshima Beer Farm.
Online sales will also be available soon.
