Hime Mead has found its way.
Our very first mead at BeeCamp,
“Hime Mead,” has quietly sold out just 35 days after its release.
To everyone who chose to take a bottle into your hands—
thank you, truly.
This mead was a small and sincere experiment,
crafted entirely from ingredients grown and gathered in Matsuyama,
guided by the rhythms of the land and the bees.
Along the way, it was tasted by a traveler from Lithuania,
where mead has a long and living tradition,
and by a mead maker from the United States.
To see this humble creation received in such different places and perspectives
is something we will not forget.
Three years have passed since we placed our first hives.
What the bees carried from flower to flower
has taken shape as a drink—
and has now moved on into the hands of others.
We do not yet know when the next batch will come.
Perhaps that is part of what makes this moment feel so complete.
Until then,
we look forward to the day we can share this taste with you again.
