On June 22, we bottled this year's Spring Honey at Uminekodo in Mitsuhama, Matsuyama.
The honey harvest itself took place on June 18, when we removed honey frames from the hives and extracted the honey using a centrifugal extractor. Once again, our wonderful BeeCampers joined us, making the work both productive and enjoyable.
And this year's Spring Honey—
It is exceptionally delicious.
One of our long-time customers, who is known for offering thoughtful and honest critiques, commented:
"BeeCamp honey is always good, but this year's spring honey has an especially rich and remarkable depth of flavor."
As beekeepers, we can hardly wait to share this year's harvest with all of you.
Just a little more patience, please.
We are now preparing for the harvest of our Summer Honey, and once again we hope to offer a special Spring & Summer Honey Tasting Set, allowing you to experience the unique flavors of two different seasons side by side.
The set is scheduled for release in late September, but we are accepting advance reservations starting today.
If you would like to reserve a set, please contact us through the website and let us know:
• that you would like to purchase a set
• the quantity you would like
We will notify you as soon as everything is ready.
One of the wonders of nature is that the same bees, living in the same place, can produce honey with completely different flavors from year to year—even during the same season.
We hope you'll enjoy discovering this year's expression of spring with us. 🍯
